These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") cover your use of the IttechBasics website at ittechbasicsiptv.tv and our IPTV subscription service. If you sign up, start a free trial, or just browse our site, you're agreeing to what's written here. If something doesn't sit right with you, don't use the service — and feel free to reach out if you have questions.

1. Accepting These Terms

Creating an account, starting a trial, or buying a subscription means you've read and agreed to these Terms along with our Privacy Policy. That's it. No hidden agreements, no fine print that works against you.

2. What IttechBasics Is

IttechBasics gives you access to a curated selection of live TV channels and on-demand content streamed over your internet connection. We work on a subscription basis. Here's what we offer:

• Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual subscription options.
• Single-screen and multi-screen connection tiers to fit your household.
• A free 24-hour trial — available once per account, no credit card tricks.

Channel availability and content can vary by region. Things do change from time to time, and we'll do our best to keep you informed when they do.

3. Your Account

• You'll need a valid email address to register. That's how we reach you.
• Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for anything that happens under your account.
• Don't share your credentials. Each subscription is for you and your household — not for sharing outside your home.
• You need to be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country) to subscribe.

4. What You Can Do

We want you to enjoy IttechBasics fully. Here's what your subscription covers:

• Streaming on your own devices for personal, non-commercial watching.
• Using the service across however many simultaneous screens your plan allows.

5. What You Can't Do

We keep this pretty simple. Don't do any of the following:

• Share, resell, or hand out access to anyone outside your household.
• Use bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the service.
• Try to get around any security measures or geographic restrictions.
• Record or capture content from the service and redistribute it.
• Use IttechBasics for any commercial purpose without written permission from us.
• Do anything that puts unusual strain on our servers or disrupts other users.

If you break these rules, we'll suspend your account right away. There won't be a refund in that situation.

6. Payments & Billing

• All prices are in USD. Taxes, where applicable, get added at checkout.
• We use trusted third-party processors — Stripe, PayPal, or cryptocurrency. We don't store your card or payment details ourselves.
• Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each period unless you cancel first.
• We'll send you a heads-up email before any renewal charge. It's your call whether to stay or go.

7. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel whenever you want. Just reach out via WhatsApp or through our contact form. Your access keeps running until the end of whatever period you've paid for — we don't cut you off early.

8. Refunds

Our full refund terms are in the Refund Policy. Short version: first-time subscribers get a 24-hour money-back window if things don't work out. Subscription renewals aren't eligible for refunds.

9. Service Uptime

We target 99.9% uptime and take that seriously. That said, we can't promise the service will be available every single second. We're not on the hook for outages caused by:

• Your internet connection or ISP.
• Planned or emergency maintenance on our end.
• Events beyond anyone's control — weather, infrastructure failures, etc.
• Outages from content providers or changes to broadcasting licenses.

10. Who Owns What

All broadcast content you watch through IttechBasics is owned by or licensed from the original content providers. We don't own that programming — we deliver it. The IttechBasics website, brand, and code are our property.

11. Our Liability to You

To the extent the law allows, IttechBasics won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that result from using our service. If we do owe you something, the maximum amount is what you paid for your current subscription period.

12. Your Responsibility to Us

If your actions while using IttechBasics cause claims or costs for us — because you broke these Terms or misused the service — you agree to cover those costs. That includes our employees and anyone acting on our behalf.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. If there's ever a dispute, we'd much rather sort it out through honest conversation first. If that doesn't work, we'll go to binding arbitration.

14. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes. If you keep using IttechBasics after an update, that means you're okay with the new version.
