2. Money-Back Guarantee
If you've subscribed to a paid plan and it's not working out, just say the word. We'll give you a full refund — no drama, no interrogation.
- You've got 24 hours from the moment your first payment goes through to request a refund.
- This covers first-time purchases only — renewal charges aren't included.
- Your refund goes back to whichever payment method you used.
- Expect it to land within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Just give us the email on your account and roughly when you paid. We handle every refund request within 48 hours of getting it.
4. Renewals
Your plan renews automatically when it's up — so you don't lose access mid-season. If you'd rather stop, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date and you won't be charged again. Renewal payments that have already gone through aren't refundable. Need help cancelling? Just contact support and we'll sort it.
5. When a Refund Won't Apply
There are a few situations where we can't issue a refund:
- The 24-hour window has passed since your initial payment.
- Your account was suspended for breaching our Terms & Conditions — things like sharing login credentials or bypassing access controls.
- A chargeback has already been opened with your bank. If that's the case, please contact us directly first — we'd much rather work it out with you than through a dispute process.
6. Having Technical Problems?
Buffering, missing channels, something not loading right? Before you ask for a refund, please give our support team a shout. Most issues get fixed in minutes. We're on WhatsApp around the clock — 24/7, every time zone.

We might update this policy from time to time. When we do, the changes show up here with a new date at the top. If you're already a subscriber, the terms that applied when you paid are the ones that count for you.
